Cetori Virus Ransomware

The BtCIRT has recently been alerted of a new ransomeware attack known as the Cetori Virus Ransomware. Secure Coding Workshop

A weeklong (19-23 August, 2019) Workshop on Secure Coding organised by the Bhutan Computer Incident Response Team (BtCIRT) under the Department of Information Technology and Telecom, MoIC is currently underway.
